Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and energetic Barback to support bartenders in ensuring smooth bar operations. The Barback will be responsible for stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages
- Refill and restock bar inventory
- Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times
- Wash and polish glassware and bar tools
- Dispose of waste and empty bottles regularly
- Ensure all supplies are readily available during service hours
- Assist in receiving and storing stock deliveries
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
- Support the team during busy hours

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of bar operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit to lift and move heavy items
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
