About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to connect with prospective clients, generate leads, understand their requirements, and create opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls and generate new leads.
- Understand prospect requirements and share relevant project information.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture potential opportunities.
- Maintain and update the lead and client database.
- Coordinate with the sales team to take qualified leads forward in the sales process.
- Work towards daily, weekly,



and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with prospective clients.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and build rapport.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
