Job Title: TGT – Mathematics Teacher

Location: Resonance World School, Adilabad
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

- Teach Mathematics as per the CBSE curriculum for Middle and High School students.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain mathematical concepts clearly using practical examples, problem-solving techniques, and activity-based learning.
- Develop students’ logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and mathematical problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular classwork, assignments, tests, projects, and examinations to assess student progress.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support and remedial instruction.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Use digital tools, smart classroom resources, and technology-based teaching methodologies to enhance learning.
- Encourage students to participate in mathematics activities, competitions, quizzes, and academic events.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, academic planning, and professional development programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

- TGT Mathematics:



B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech / Graduation with Mathematics as a major or required subject, along with B.Ed.
- Candidates with an M.Sc / M.A. in Mathematics with B.Ed. will be preferred.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good teaching skills may also apply.

Skills Required:

- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Strong classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Ability to use activity-based, practical, and technology-supported teaching methods.
- Passion for teaching and helping students improve their mathematical skills.
