Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QC professional to support quality control activities across manufacturing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Pharma or Cosmetics manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analysis of raw water and purified water.
- Prepare volumetric solutions, reagents and indicators as per approved procedures.
- Follow ALCOA++ principles and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Record analytical results in worksheets, logbooks and QC documentation.
- Follow approved SOPs, specifications, test methods, GMP and GLP requirements.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, storage and disposal of samples and chemicals.
- Assist with calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Report deviations and OOS results to seniors.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety and audit readiness.
- Support routine QC testing and maintain proper laboratory documentation.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, B.Pharm/M.Pharm or related qualification.
- 3–6 years of QC experience in Pharma or Cosmetics manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of QC processes, documentation and GMP.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments and testing methods.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Location: Kolgaon, Palghar
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
