Manager – Talent Acquisition | Real Estate

Experience: 8-12 Years | Location: Bengaluru

Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for a real estate/construction organization, covering corporate, project, sales, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Partner with business heads and hiring managers on workforce requirements.
- Hire for Projects, Planning, QS/Billing, QA/QC, MEP, Procurement, Sales, CRM, Finance, Legal and HR.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, consultants and direct sourcing.
- Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiation and offer closure.
- Manage recruitment consultants and maintain strong talent pipelines.




- Track TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire, source effectiveness and hiring MIS.
- Conduct market mapping and salary benchmarking for critical positions.
- Drive recruitment initiatives, employer branding and candidate experience.

Preferred:
Experience in real estate/construction hiring, particularly high-rise residential, Mivan, villa or large-scale projects, with solid stakeholder management and headhunting skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
