About the Role

Sealand Maritime Group is looking for a proactive and organized FMCG & PROVISIONS Coordinator to manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities related to FMCG, food provisions, and consumable products for our marine and industrial customers.

The role will involve coordination between customers, sales, purchasing, suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and accounts to ensure that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and coordinate customer requirements and FMCG/provision orders.
- Prepare and send RFQs to suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
- Compare supplier prices, availability, specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate purchasing and follow up on purchase orders.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment of fast-moving items.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate product, supplier, pricing, and customer databases.
- Monitor product expiry dates, batch numbers, packaging, and product quality.
- Coordinate product substitutions when requested items are unavailable.
- Prepare quotations and commercial documents when required.
- Track pending enquiries, orders, deliveries, and supplier commitments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain proper documentation for purchases and deliveries.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, purchases, stock, pending orders, and margins.
- Identify opportunities to improve purchasing prices, product availability, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Perform other FMCG/provision-related coordination duties as assigned.





Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, food provisions, purchasing, trading, ship chandling, or a similar industry.
- Experience in purchasing, sales coordination, supply chain, or warehouse coordination will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of FMCG products, brands, pack sizes, and market pricing.
- Strong negotiation and supplier follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer orders simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good English communication skills.
- Marine/ship chandling experience is highly preferred.
