Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-process and final inspection of Dies, Mandrels, and CNC/VMC machined components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.;
- Check critical dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
- Perform first-piece inspection after machine setup and tool/program changes.
- Inspect surface finish, concentricity, runout, parallelism, and other critical parameters.
- Identify and report rejection, rework, and dimensional deviations.
- Coordinate with CNC/VMC operators and production team to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and measuring instrument calibration status.
