Role-Assistant Manager – Finance

Location- Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata, Munger, Saharanpur

Reporting To Manager Commercial / Senior Commercial Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a finance professional with robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and commercial finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing banking operations, and supporting day-to-day finance activities.

The ideal candidate should possess sound financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a energetic business workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations
Maintain accounting records and books of accounts
Handle bookkeeping and daily accounting activities
Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and documentation
Support preparation of financial statements and reports

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Manage statutory records including GST, PF, ESI, and related compliances




Ensure timely filing and adherence to statutory regulations
Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities when required
Stay updated with changes in taxation and financial laws

Costing & Commercial Finance
Manage costing of raw materials and related financial analysis
Support commercial finance and cost control initiatives
Monitor and analyze operational expenses

Asset & Banking Management
Maintain inventory records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules
Handle banking operations and cash control activities
Perform bank reconciliations and payment coordination

Reporting & Coordination
Provide timely and accurate reports to management and Head Office
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for finance-related activities
Ensure proper documentation and process compliance

Education & Qualification
ICWA / CMA

Experience
Relevant experience in accounting, taxation, finance operations
