Job Description
Oversee daily operations of field activities
Manage team of field staff and monitor their performance
Develop and implement strategies to achieve goals and targets




Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance
Foster a positive work setting and promote teamwork
Handle and resolve any field-related issues or conflicts
Provide training and support to field staff as needed
Keep track of inventory and supplies for field operations
Prepare and submit reports on field activities and progress to management.
