Job Description
Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services
Building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls
Identifying and understanding customer needs to provide appropriate solutions




Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company
Recording all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software
Working closely with the sales team to generate leads and close sales
Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Providing excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
