We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager with robust expertise in B2B SaaS and MarTech sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in outbound sales, prospecting, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing high-value SaaS deals.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a solid sales pipeline, engaging with decision-makers, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating commercial terms, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end outbound sales for SaaS and MarTech products.
Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers and business stakeholders.
Conduct discovery calls, understand customer requirements, and position the SaaS/MarTech solution accordingly.
Conduct product demos and sales presentations for prospects.




Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting → qualification → demo → negotiation → closure.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospects and clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion.
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting reports.
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends within the SaaS and MarTech space.
Handle enterprise and mid-market accounts and drive upselling/cross-selling opportunities where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably within SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Event Tech, or similar technology products.
Strong experience in outbound sales and recent business development.
