Apto Solutions is looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various IT positions while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions such as Developers, Testers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of IT recruitment and technical roles.
• Experience using job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and frameworks.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in IT staffing or consultancy recruitment.
• Robust networking and candidate engagement skills.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
