Why This Role Exists
We are looking for an experienced Power Apps & Power Automate Support Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to provide technical support for Microsoft Power Platform solutions used by enterprise customers.
The role involves investigating complex customer-reported issues,



reproducing problems, identifying root causes, providing appropriate resolutions, and documenting cases accurately.
This is a hands-on technical support role requiring strong practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, integrations, and Power Platform environments.
Key Responsibilities
Power Apps Support
Troubleshoot Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, including formula/expression errors, delegation warnings, control behaviour, performance, and load-time issues.
Resolve data source and connector issues such as authentication, refresh failures, connector limitations, and throttling.
Troubleshoot Dataverse, including tables, columns, relationships, security roles, permissions, and business rules.
Support setting and ALM issues, including solution imports, managed/unmanaged solutions, setting variables, and deployment failures.
Handle licensing and entitlement-related queries, incl
