Job Description:

As a Production and Maintenance Rolling Mill Head, you'd lead a team, oversee the entire rolling mill operation, ensuring high-quality product output, and manage maintenance activities to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production, cost, and efficiency targets.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives,

Resource Management:
