About the Role





We are looking for an experienced HR qualified to lead two equally key charters: HR Business Partnering for the 3P/contract workforce and Employee Relations.

The role will manage a team of 6 direct reports supporting office, work-from-home, and field-based employees across multiple businesses and locations. The incumbent will partner closely with Business Leaders, HR Leadership, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Ethics and Investigations, and staffing partners.

The role requires robust business understanding, people leadership, ER expertise, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters with fairness, maturity, and speed.

What you will do
Partner with Business Leaders and Finance teams on workforce planning, headcount budgeting, organizational design, productivity, cost optimization, and workforce deployment.
