Role Definition
Performs basic activities to assist in the industrial engineering and process validation activities to improve manufacturing performance through optimized processes, data analysis, layouts, material flow, capacity, productivity, labor utilization, and manufacturing cost and defect free process. The role works closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Maintenance, and other functions to support practical solutions that improve People, Quality, Velocity and Cost (PQVC) performance
Responsibilities




• Conduct time studies, work measurement, standardized work, line balancing, and manpower optimization
• Optimize and maintain factory, cell, and production-line layouts
• Provide industrial engineering support for NPI, facility expansion projects, problem solving and Lean projects
• Maintain appropriate cycle-time, labor, capacity, and productivity standards.
• Analyze manufacturing constraints and bottlenecks and recommend improvement prospects.
• Support process validation for recent products, process and technologies
• Maintain & improve appropriate digital manufacturing and analytical tools for work execution.

Background/Experience:
• Bachelors Degree, preferably in Engineering – Mechanical/Industrial/ Production/related
• 3+ years of skilled level experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
