Mobile Experience: 5 to 10 years of total software development experience focused on mobile platforms.
· Core Flutter Expertise: 3+ years of production experience shipping Flutter & Dart applications.
· Architecture & State Management: Solid proficiency in Clean Architecture/MVVM principles and state management tools (e.g., BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider).
· Native Platform Knowledge: Valuable understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) to bridge native capabilities via Method Channels.
· Data Management & Testing: Hands-on experience with local storage (SQLite, Hive, Drift) and writing unit/widget/integration tests.
