Role Summary

A reputed 5-Star Luxury Resort at Ramnagar, Uttarakhand is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Officer to
manage the accounting and financial operations of the property.

The candidate must have prior experience working in the
hospitality industry, specifically in Hotels / Resorts, and should have
solid practical knowledge of GST, taxation, TDS, auditing, financial reporting
and day-to-day accounting operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining
accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, coordinating with
auditors and management, and supporting the smooth functioning of the resort's
finance and accounts department.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations
Manage




day-to-day accounting operations of the resort.
Maintain
accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Ensure
proper accounting and documentation of all financial transactions.
Handle
accounts payable and receivable activities.
Perform
bank, ledger and account reconciliations.
Monitor
expenses, revenues, outstanding payments and receivables.
Coordinate
with vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders regarding financial
matters.

GST, Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Handle GST, TDS, taxation and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare
and review GST-related returns, reconciliations and supporting
documentation.
Ensure
timely compliance with applicable tax and statutory requirements.
Maintain
proper records and documentation for taxation and compliance purposes.

Audit & Financial Reporting
Coordinate
and assist with internal and external audits.
Prepare
financial statem
