About the Role
Pamgro is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales (Solution Designing) to lead our solution consulting function and support the sales organization in winning enterprise clients. This is a leadership role responsible for designing tailored workforce and business solutions, collaborating with sales teams, and driving solution strategy throughout the sales lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in solution design, pre-sales, commercial modelling, client consulting, and workforce solutions. The individual will partner with internal stakeholders and prospective clients to create creative, scalable, and commercially viable solutions that address complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Strategy & Design
Lead the end-to-end solution design process for enterprise and strategic client engagements.
Understand client business challenges and translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
Develop operating models, delivery frameworks, and implementation strategies.
Design customized workforce, staffing,



recruitment, EOR, payroll, MSP, RPO, and managed service solutions.

Sales Enablement
Partner with Sales and Business Development teams during client pursuits.
Participate in discovery sessions, solution workshops, presentations, and proposal discussions.
Support RFP, RFI, RFQ, and bid management activities.
Build compelling value propositions aligned with client objectives.

Commercial & Financial Modelling
Develop pricing models, cost structures, and commercial proposals.
Ensure profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
Work closely with Finance and Operations to validate assumptions and pricing strategies.

Client Consulting
Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
Conduct solution presentations and executive-level discussions.
Address complex client requirements with creative and practical recommendations.
