Within the framework of Air Liquide policies and contract commitments (including HSES, quality, time & cost), the Project Manager is accountable for project delivery - within contractual requirements, quality, schedule and overall cost effectiveness - and Profit & Loss by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Project Director to lead complex EPC projects for Air Liquide . This role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, and fostering robust stakeholder relationships.

Job Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring explicit communication and effective collaboration.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues,



implementing proactive solutions.
Monitor project progress, track performance against metrics, and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Air Liquide project management methodologies, standards, and governance.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and business units.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
Oversee vendor selection and management, ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality standards.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
From his experience, identify and guide the drafting of critical clauses (cost impacts, deadlines, responsibilities) by the project.
