We are seeking a Manager, Corporate Communications to help shape Regeneron's culture and reputation in India by leading local corporate, digital, internal communications and social impact initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with country leadership, functional teams, and global Corporate Affairs colleagues to develop and implement communication strategies that support business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, enhance corporate reputation, and align local activities with global priorities.

Discover your role:
Develop and implement India-focused corporate, internal, digital, and social impact communication strategies aligned with global business objectives and corporate priorities.
Lead local internal communications initiatives including town halls, leadership communications, newsletters, intranet content, and employee engagement programs.
Create, adapt, and manage communications content including digital stories, announcements, website updates, and employee communications.
Partner with India-based leaders across Commercial, Global Development, and G&A; functions to support consistent and effective communication execution.
