Job Description:
Overall Management:

Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Staff Supervision:
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
Schedule and manage staff shifts to optimize coverage.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate restocking activities.
Visual Merchandising:
Supervise and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal and promote product visibility.
Ensure that displays comply with company standards and seasonal promotions.
Customer Service Excellence:
Foster a customer-focused setting and ensure that staff delivers exceptional service.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and skilled manner.
Sales Analysis:
Analyze sales data to identify trends,

Budget Management:
