Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a former Operations leader who has successfully managed large, complex teams within a global capital markets workplace and can leverage that experience to provide credible challenge, strategic guidance, and risk advisory support across State Street Markets.

The successful candidate will have held senior managerial positions in back-office or post-trade operations and will bring deep knowledge of end-to-end trading and financing processes. Direct exposure to Foreign Exchange, Securities Lending, Secured financing is strongly preferred. This individual will combine operational credibility with sound risk judgment and an ability to influence executives, operational leaders, and control partners across regions and functions.

The role will be based in India and co-located with a significant concentration of Markets Operations personnel. This proximity is intended to deepen day-to-day engagement with operational teams, strengthen first-line challenge, improve early identification and escalation of emerging risks,



and align risk advisory more closely with operational execution.
