You will work directly with the Founder, supporting high-level client interactions and business operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder in managing leads, scheduling strategy discussions, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that no chance is missed and every lead is followed up professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & CRM Management
Track all incoming leads from LinkedIn, email, and website
Maintain and update CRM records
Ensure every lead is followed up consistently




Meeting Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule discovery calls and strategy meetings
Manage the Founder’s calendar
Send reminders and confirmations to clients
Client Communication
Draft and send professional emails to business owners
Follow up with prospects after meetings
Maintain communication history
Meeting Notes & Follow-ups
Capture key points from client discussions
Track action items and next steps
Ensure timely follow-up on all commitments
Administrative & Operational Support
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
Organize documents and files
Support day-to-day operational tasks

What We Are Looking For
Robust written and spoken English
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to communicate professionally with business owners
Attention to detail and reliability
Ability to manage multiple tasks without supervision
