Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of GVK EMRI.




Oversee recruitment and provide strategic guidance to hiring managers in the selection and onboarding of new employees.
Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage employee advantages and compensation, ensuring competitive offerings and compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce development needs and design and deliver training programs.
Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent acquisition and retention.
Mentor and develop HR team members, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
