Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Source, screen,



and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit with company culture
Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals to attract top talent
Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments
Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding process for recent hires
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to recruitment
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management and stakeholders.
