Area of expertise – In depth understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture Including data model design, application architecture, integrations, and security architecture. Positive to have knowledge of TSM (Telecom Service Management module or its base CSM & ITSM), TSOM (Telecommunications Service Operations Management or its base ITOM), CMDB, Integration Hub with design experience of working across multiple integrations using REST/SOAP/Kafka. Understanding of ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM. An exposure to ServiceNow’s AI offerings is desirable. An exposure to Telecom domain is desirable with knowledge of TAM & SID and popular Telecom Services like Voice/Broadband/VPN services in Wired/Wireless networks.

Job Description

• Lead the architecture design of ServiceNow solutions with a focus on TSM & TSOM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and ServiceNow best practices.

• Architect scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they address the complexities of service management processes,



such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Case, and Service Catalog Management.

• Develop technical strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations to optimize ServiceNow performance and efficiency, particularly in the areas of process automation, performance tuning, and operational effectiveness.

Essential skills

• ServiceNow platform architect who can define and implement strategies for integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as ERPs, monitoring tools, third-party applications, and cloud services.

• Ensure integrations are designed for scalability, high availability, and security, utilizing ServiceNow integration tools (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).

• Lead the design of data synchronization strategies across systems, ensuring data integrity, real-time updates, and seamless user experiences.

• Develop creative solutions in collaboration with a cross-functional team including Custom-A
