Role: Group Leader- PCG Wealth (HNI Sales)

Role Summary:

The Group Leader- PCG Wealth will act as the key representative of the business and will be responsible for driving revenue through client acquisition and relationship management with the support of his/her team.

The role involves managing a team of 8–10 Relationship Managers (RMs), acquiring High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, and nurturing long-term relationships by delivering high standards of service.

The individual will be responsible for designing and implementing financial strategies for clients, ensuring they receive the right investment advice, and helping them execute financial decisions aligned with their goals.

Pre-Requisites:
Prior team handling experience of at least 6 members.
Experience in broking, private banking, or wealth management organisations.
Proven experience managing clients with minimum investments of ₹50 lakhs and above.
Candidates should demonstrate strong tenure in both current and previous organisations.





Key Responsibilities:
Manage and guide a team of Relationship Managers to acquire and service HNI clients.
Drive AUM growth by maintaining solid client relationships and acquiring current HNI clients.
Support team members in advising HNI clients on investment opportunities and portfolio management.
Deepen relationships with existing clients by enhancing wallet share and cross-selling financial products.
Identify and track potential HNI prospects in the market for recent client acquisition.
Stay updated on investment opportunities, financial products, and market trends and guide the team accordingly.
Coordinate with product and research teams (Centralised CFP Team) for investment strategies and portfolio recommendations.
Conduct and assist in organising seminars, workshops, and other business development initiatives to attract and engage HNI clients.
