What we are looking for

Support the management of the technology landscape of State Street Talent development and learning, managing end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) with exposure to integration and curation mechanics. Exposure to learning experience platform (LXP) is definite plus.

Support the execution of the strategic Learning and Talent development strategy and ensures alignment of technology and content to the objectives & priorities.

The role will interact closely with other Learning functions including Enterprise learning solutions, talent Consultancy, talent management, leadership development, Design & development and HR Business partners that technology is successfully implemented and is meeting the needs of learning. The role will also interact with State Street HR tech and IT for design, integration, IT support and adoption of current technologies.

The incumbent will report to Head – learning technology and curation. The position is location agnostic to the present State Street office cities.

What you will be responsible for:
Execute learning and talent technology strategy. At the direction of the Learning Tech & Curation Lead work to establish the enterprise-wide approach to learning and talent technology platform management. This strategy works with learning platforms such as learning management system (LMS) as primary requirement and supporting learning experience platform (LXP). This involved optimal LMS implementation set-up, migration management, integration with content providers and other platforms in learning, video communication (WebEx/Zoom) and talent platforms.
