Job Description
Responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service




Assist customers with booking transportation services and resolving any issues or concerns
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery and pick up of goods
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with the operations team to optimize service efficiency
Proactively identify prospects to improve the overall customer experience
Engage with customers to gather feedback and address any service gaps
Keep updated on industry trends and regulations to better serve customers
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude while representing Quilon Transport
Report to the Service Manager and assist with any other duties as needed
