About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly engaging Admissions Manager to lead the admissions function for our progressive CBSE school at Sector 64, Gurgaon. The role will be responsible for managing the complete admissions journey—from enquiry and parent engagement to application, assessment, interaction, and conversion—while ensuring an exceptional and authentic parent experience.

The ideal candidate will combine strong admissions and relationship-management skills with a deep understanding of the expectations of discerning parents. They should be comfortable working in a premium school environment, using data to drive admissions outcomes, and partnering closely with the Principal, academic teams, and central functions to build the school's admissions pipeline and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions Strategy & Planning




Own the admissions plan and enrolment targets for the Sector 64 campus across grades and entry points.
Develop and execute annual and term-wise admissions strategies aligned with the school’s growth plans.
Build a robust and predictable admissions funnel covering enquiries, counselling, applications, assessments, offers, and enrolments.
Track market trends, competitor schools, parent preferences, and local demand to identify opportunities for enrolment growth.
Develop strategies for recent grade launches, expansion cohorts, and priority entry points.
Work closely with school leadership to align admissions messaging with the school’s educational philosophy and positioning.
Parent Engagement & Counselling
Own the parent journey from the first enquiry through enrolment and onboarding.
Conduct personalised conversations with prospective parents to understand their expectations and explain
