About the Role
As a Department Coordinator at Hyland, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by performing a wide variety of administrative and support functions. You will coordinate daily activities, support team members, and serve as a key point of contact across teams to drive efficiency and achieve department goals. In addition to traditional department support responsibilities, you will partner with project managers and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and project-related activities. The role requires solid organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Your Role Responsibilities – Here's What You'll Do




Coordinate daily department activities to maximize team efficiency and achieve team-established goals; fulfill work requests from department staff in a timely and accurate manner
Support project managers on strategic and cross-functional initiatives by coordinating project activities, tracking action items, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with stakeholder communications.
Independently execute assigned work items, operational tasks, and process improvement activities, partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
Utilize business systems, reporting tools, automation capabilities, and AI-assisted technologies to improve efficiency, support decision making, and complete assigned work.
Provide support to team members including staff travel arrangements and expense and time tracking; assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
