Every lead you convert into an enrolment directly contributes to student outcomes and Kraftshala’s growth.

As a Business Development Associate / Senior Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for people exploring Kraftshala’s programs. This is a 50% consultative admissions counseling + 50% structured inside sales role, where you guide applicants through clarity, empathy, and disciplined execution - while meeting your monthly enrolment, revenue, and pipeline conversion targets.
