Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Engineer with a robust background in Data Modelling, Data Analytics, and PL/SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in relevant roles. The position is based in Pune or Chennai and offers a fixed budget of 30 LPA.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Design and Development:
Design and develop complex database systems and solutions using Oracle.
Create and maintain data models, including physical and logical data models.
Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
Data Modelling:
Design data models to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.
Ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and performant.




Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Data Analytics:
Implement data analysis strategies to support decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics tools.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.
Performance Tuning and Optimization:
Monitor and optimize database performance, including query optimization and resource management.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and provide support for production settings.
Implement best practices for database security, backup, and recovery.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, business analysts, and IT operations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Document database designs, configurations, and procedures.
