Job Purpose:
Verification and field visits for cases logged in the SLI business initiative of the Bank, including group loans and individual loan cases logged by the business team.

Job Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Daily field visits to customers (groups)/individuals to conduct Borrower Eligibility Test (BET).
Update BET details/findings in the BET tool.
Appraise credit manager/RM of any ring leaders, dummy customers, or possible fraud events identified during field activities.
Physical file verification with system/Mobile APP, cross-checking entries with application form details (KYC, family, existing loan, activity).




Enter visit details daily in SLI Officer Monitoring System/Mobile APP.
Additional Responsibilities:
Load sharing for BETs in other locations during high volumes or as instructed by the Credit Manager.
Cross-verification of certain tracks from different MFIs on a case-to-case basis.
Accompany Credit Manager for post-disbursement visits, if required.
Advance planning with the business team on groups to be visited weekly.
Provide feedback to Credit Manager on geography, negative areas, competition, customer quality, and market trends (recent products by competitors, changes in sourcing/appraisal).
Other activities: post-approval visits, recovery visits with sales officers, MIS preparation, or other assigned tasks.
Others:
Control parameters may be added or omitted based on business/market requirements and senior management directives.
Any other task assigned by seniors.
