Position: Celigo Integration Specialist

Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Shift Timing: 7.00AM - 4.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

About the role: We are looking for an experienced Celigo Integration Specialist with robust hands-on expertise in NetSuite integrations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both NetSuite and the Celigo Integration Platform and be capable of designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting integrations between NetSuite and third-party business applications. The consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations between NetSuite and Stripe, ADP, Bill.com, and Salesforce, ensuring reliable data synchronization and smooth end-to-end business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and maintain Celigo integrations with NetSuite.
Build and support integrations between NetSuite and: Stripe, ADP, Bill.com, Salesforce
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
Configure Celigo flows, mappings, transformations, filters, lookups,



error handling, and scheduling.
Develop and troubleshoot NetSuite SuiteScript-based integrations where required.
Work with NetSuite records, saved searches, custom records, workflows, and APIs.
Configure and consume REST/SOAP APIs and third-party APIs.
Monitor integration jobs and proactively troubleshoot failures and data synchronization issues.
Perform data mapping and transformation between NetSuite and external applications.
Implement appropriate error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and reconciliation processes.
Work with business and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
Document integration architecture, configurations, mappings, and operational procedures.
Support production issues and provide root-cause analysis for integration failures.
Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
