Account & Relationship Manager | Weddings By Evensia (Destination Weddings)

We are looking for an experienced Account & Relationship Manager to act as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams throughout the wedding planning journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client communication, meetings, expectations and follow-ups.
- Convert discussions into clear action points, timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain the Wedding Dashboard / Master Planner, MOMs, approvals and pending decisions.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Hospitality, Logistics, F&B;, Entertainment and vendors.
- Track budgets, payments, scope changes and potential cost increases.
- Proactively identify issues and work with the team to find solutions.
- Ensure a seamless handover from planning to on-ground execution.
- Travel for destination weddings when required.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years in Account Management, Client Servicing in the Wedding Industry.




- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organisation, communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable managing demanding clients, multiple teams and tight timelines.
- Good commercial understanding and confidence discussing budgets.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers and dashboards.
- Willing to work flexible schedule and travel when required.Most Important Quality: Ownership.

We need someone who doesn't simply forward messages, but owns the account, anticipates what comes next and follows every task through to closure.

Reporting To: Director -Operations
Location/Travel: Destination wedding travel required (Domestic & International)
Performance Bonus: Yes additional

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
