In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a team of agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring that the agents are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. You will be required to create a robust pipeline of potential clients and work towards achieving both individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.




- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
