Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to handle client communication, prepare quotations, coordinate with customers, and conduct regular follow-ups.

This role is primarily focused on customer coordination and sales support. There are no individual sales targets for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with existing and potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements.
- Share quotations with clients and respond to their queries.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations and pending requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer requirements and orders.
- Keep records of quotations, follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Follow up with clients for updates and assist in converting enquiries into orders.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Provide timely updates to the reporting manager regarding enquiries and follow-ups.

Requirements





- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to prepare quotations and maintain customer records.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Polite, confident, and professional communication.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the team.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Important: This position does not have individual sales targets. The primary responsibilities are quotation preparation, client communication, enquiry handling, and follow-ups.

Preferred Candidate

A person who is organized, responsible, valuable at communication, comfortable making calls, and capable of maintaining regular follow-ups with clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
