Désse Collective is a fast-growing, founder-led luxury accessories brand specializing in high-quality 18k gold-plated jewelry and premium handmade press-on nails. We create elevated everyday pieces that make women feel confident, powerful and uniquely themselves.

The Role

We are hiring a highly driven Social Media, PR & Growth Associate to own and shape the entire digital presence of the brand (and the founder’s personal brand). This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-paced early-stage company. You will have real responsibility from day one and a clear path to lead marketing as we scale.

Primary responsibilities (≈60% content):

- Own content strategy, planning, and shooting for Désse Collective and the founder’s personal brand
- Appear on camera regularly modeling and showcasing our products
- Manage all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Lead PR outreach, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships
- Manage and optimize the Shopify website (product uploads, SEO, merchandising)
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, abandoned cart, product launches)
- Support overall brand growth and marketing initiatives

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Portfolio of recent work is mandatory! Applications without a portfolio will be automatically discarded.

- Strong aesthetic sense and demonstrated passion for high-quality content creation
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera while wearing/modeling our products
- Proven experience managing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts (personal or brand)
- Basic proficiency in Canva and CapCut (or ability to learn extremely quickly)
- Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, founder-led environment with high ownership
