Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Telecaller to join our team at Satkriya health care innovation pvt ltd/Our Family clinic. The role involves handling calls, providing information about our services, and supporting patient coordination and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls to/from patients and clients.
- Provide information about clinic services, timings, and appointments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Maintain call records and update patient details in the system.
- Follow up with patients for feedback and reminders.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam, English preffered.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Pleasant and polite phone manner.
- Previous experience as a telecaller or in customer service is a plus.
