About the Role

Surgenix Healthcare is hiring for Academic Counsellor profiles in Bangalore. The role involves counselling prospective students, handling leads, explaining relevant programs, and converting qualified leads into successful enrollments.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads.
- Understand prospective students' requirements and goals.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable programs.
- Explain program details, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Handle queries and objections professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.




- Achieve assigned monthly conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records using CRM tools.

Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good counselling, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
