Key Responsibilities:

- Merchant Onboarding: Visit local markets, retail shops, and prospective business partners across Nagpur to introduce the Meesho platform and help them register.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with newly onboarded sellers and merchants.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly field sales and onboarding targets.
- Market Mapping: Understand local market trends in Nagpur,



identify growth opportunities, and provide regular updates to the team.
- Seller Support: Guide merchants on how to use the app effectively, manage their listings, and increase business through Meesho.

Requirements & Skills:

- Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduation preferred.
- Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; 0 to 2 years of field sales experience is a big plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler, a valid driving license, and an Android smartphone.
