· Manage the complete IT infrastructure across all 4 units.

· Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, networking equipment, and other IT hardware.

· Install, configure, update, and maintain required software and applications.

· Provide technical support to employees across all units.

· Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and network infrastructure.

· Manage user accounts, access permissions, passwords, and system security.

· Monitor antivirus, backups, software updates, and basic cybersecurity.

· Manage ERP, HRMS, accounting software, email systems, and other business applications.

· Coordinate with software vendors and external IT service providers.

· Maintain records of hardware, software licenses, IT assets, and equipment.

· Track AMC and warranty of computers, servers, networking equipment, printers, and other IT assets.





· Ensure regular data backup and assist with data recovery when required.

· Manage and troubleshoot CCTV, biometric attendance systems, access-control systems, and other IT-enabled systems.

· Conduct regular IT infrastructure checks across all 4 units.

· Prepare IT asset and maintenance reports for management.

· Coordinate hardware and software upgrades and replacements.

· Maintain IT security and prevent unauthorized access to company systems and data.

· Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, licenses, and vendors.

· Coordinate and resolve IT-related issues across all four units.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
