About the Role
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our FinTech products, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products clearly.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant product information.
- Coordinate with the team for customer onboarding.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling,
inside sales, or customer service.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- English + Hindi OR English + Tamil is required.
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of stock market, trading, algo trading, FinTech, financial products, or software sales will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
