Dockside Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and capable Project Head – Construction to lead project execution, site operations, procurement, cost control, contractor coordination, and client management.

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 3–10 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and monitor overall project execution and progress against approved schedules.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, QS, and other departments.
- Manage procurement and timely availability of materials, machinery, equipment, and services.
- Monitor machinery utilization, material consumption, wastage, and inventory.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and productive resource utilization.
- Review project budgets, BOQs, cost estimates, billing, measurements, and variations in coordination with the QS team.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and site resources.




- Conduct regular project review meetings and resolve project-related challenges.
- Coordinate with clients and attend client meetings and progress reviews.
- Provide regular reports to management on project progress, budget, risks, and challenges.
- Ensure project deliverables meet contractual requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
