Key Responsibilities
· Manage complete civil project execution.
· Plan schedules, manpower and resources.
· Coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
· Monitor construction progress and quality.
· Review drawings, quantities and specifications.
· Monitor material requirements and consumption.
· Control project costs and schedules.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams.
· Ensure safety and statutory requirements.
· Manage documentation and final handover.
Required Skills: Civil EPC/project execution; planning; contractor management; quantity/cost control; quality and safety; client coordination.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
