RAM Antivirus Pvt. Ltd. is a cybersecurity and software company providing antivirus, internet security, and cybersecurity solutions to customers and businesses.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for RAM Antivirus products and services.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain RAM Antivirus products, plans, features, and benefits to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, pricing, renewals, and subscriptions.
- Visit customers, dealers, and business partners when required.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with the technical, customer care, and management teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns when required.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, WhatsApp, and internet applications.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to generate leads and follow up with customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, IT sales, software sales, or cybersecurity sales will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates currently residing in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
- Candidates who can work from the Jalgaon office.
- Candidates with good communication, sales, and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates who are comfortable working with sales targets.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, as per experience and skills.
