We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Fresher to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services and address customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/software.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
