About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Trainer & Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Data Analytics and a proven background in training or mentoring learners.

The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience in Data Analytics and be confident in delivering project-based, practical training using real-world datasets, business problems, and industry use cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and engaging Data Analytics training sessions.
- Mentor learners on projects, assignments, and real-world case studies.
- Explain technical concepts through practical industry examples.
- Work hands-on with SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Python, and other relevant tools.
- Analyze real-world datasets and business problems.
- Create dashboards, reports, and actionable business insights.
- Resolve learner queries and provide project guidance.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep training content aligned with current industry practices and tools.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics/Data Analysis.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analytics training or mentoring is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and Python.
- Positive understanding of real-world Data Analytics projects and business use cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical, and easy-to-understand manner.

Not Suitable For This Role

- Candidates with training experience but no practical Data Analytics experience.
- Data Analysts without any Data Analytics training or mentoring experience.
- Trainers from non-Data Analytics domains.
- Candidates with less than 3 years of professional Data Analytics experience.
- Candidates with less than 2 years of Data Analytics training or mentoring experience.

Location Requirement

Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR and should be comfortable working from our Noida Sector 2 office.
